It is National Margarita Day, y'all! I'm not usually a big margarita fan, but even I could get into this awesomely spicy Cajun Margarita. And you don't have to soak the peppers for long at all to get the spice in full effect. Actually, I bet you could make simple syrup on the stove and soak the peppers in that. I'm a genius! A spicy, Cajun genius. (Note: I am not actually Cajun.)

Let's take off work early and go make up some margaritas. Who's with me?
