AB Chao is a writer, interior stylist, and sometime photographer. Her real name is Anna Beth, and she enjoys that her initials are ABC. You can call her AB, ABC, or Anna Beth, but never Anna (unless you are her mother). She lives in a 1940s bungalow in the Garden District of Monroe, Louisiana with her family.
AB has been featured in Better Homes & Gardens, Anthology Magazine, Bon Appetit, Apartment Therapy, Etsy, eBay's The Inside Source, Television Without Pity, Dooce.com, various design blogs, and on your television in 2007, during which time she co-wrote an exciting episode of the ABC drama Eli Stone. She has been writing online since 2001, when blogs were called "online journals" and everyone talked about their feelings.
In 2012, AB launched AB Chao Design Camp, a super-fun weekend decorating workshop created for design lovers, extreme DIYers, and everyone in between. Design Camp is held in a different city each month, and is scheduled for twelve cities in 2013. Learn more about Design Camp here.
